    Name and address of the entity collecting and retaining Your Information shall be the contracting entity stated in the User Agreement.
    Return and Refund Policy
    All make-to-order pieces are non-eligible for return and refund unless there are any manufacturing defects. To return an item, simply follow these return procedures: Call or email to the contact details written on the website with details and pictures. You need to securely put in the jewelry along with the original packing materials and the certificate offered by us inside it. Make sure the package is sealed. When the package is ready, you need to generate label at your own. Afterwards you need to send clear picture of the label to our email id. Upon successful authorization from our side, you will be informed by us to ship it, then only you are allowed to handover the package to courier facilities. When we get back our product, we will review it and then process your returns.
    REFUND PROCESS
    Once our quality assurance department inspects and accepts your returned jewelry item, we will issue a refund which will be credited to your given account in 10-20 business days. You may choose to either make another purchase using the credited amount or get the amount refunded to your account. If the payment was made using prepaid credit cards, debit card or net banking, the refund amount will be credited to the payment source. If the payment was made using the Cash on Delivery payment option, the refund will be issued to your bank account. We will not accept jewelry items that are improperly packaged and uninsured. Once we receive your jewelry item with all the original documentations, our quality control department will carefully inspect your jewelry item for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting modification or resizing by a jeweler other than us. If we discover that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit. Failure to return the original certificate of authenticity will void your return.
    Shipping policy
    We understand you may have apprehensions about online shopping and delivery of products. To ensure that your experience at Diamanto 9 Gem and Jewels is convenient and hassle-free, we have tied up with the reputed courier partners who deliver the product to your doorstep. We offer 100% insured shipping on every order. In most cases package arrives at your doorstep within 7-15 business days after shipment done. We are committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses or acts of God are beyond our control. We will inform you of estimated delivery dates in case there is a delay in your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. We urge all customers to inspect the package before opening and shoot clear video of unboxing to avoid any misplace, damage and tamper of original item shipped.
